For European destinations, delivery times may vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose. For countries outside of Europe, delivery times are typically between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the destination.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over £50 (or an equivalent amount in other currencies). For orders under £50, standard shipping is £8 for EU countries and £12 for countries outside the EU.

Please note that for orders shipped to the UK valued at £135, VAT will be applied. https://rrrj.shop will cover VAT for orders under £135. For higher-value orders, VAT will be the responsibility of the recipient. Additionally, customers who refuse to pay customs duties and taxes will be charged a processing fee, which will be deducted from the final refund. This fee is €45.

Exchanges and Returns

If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased on https://rrrj.shop, please contact our customer service at https://rrrj.shop.

Please remember that all items returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original packaging. You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date and receive a full refund, provided that the items are unused/undamaged and in their original packaging.

If you decide to return or exchange undamaged items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive your package, we will either exchange the item or issue a full refund based on your preference. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for any items lost during the return process.

Refunds will be made using the payment method you chose during your original purchase. We will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs, but return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned items.
